In a surveillance, Manchu Mustache manages to flee and seriously injure Julius. The commissioner, Templeton Smith, a former war veteran and ex-partner in the body of John Scalletti, Harry's father, represses him for the failure of the operation, and sends him to Girona, a European city where, according to Interpol, Mustache Manchu has fled.
